The Senior Manager of Healthcare Provider (HCP) Marketing will lead the development and execution of commercial marketing initiatives targeting HCPs for the Reproductive Medicine and Maternal Health (RMMH) inline product portfolio.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative and impactful marketing strategies and tactics targeted towards HCPs.
- Contribute to the development of the annual brand plan.
- Lead the development of the annual tactical plan.
- Collaborate with sales leaders, field force advisory board, sales training and medical affairs to support field force resourcing, education and elevation.
- Lead the development of nonpersonal programs.
- Contribute to the optimization of omnichannel approach across portfolio.
- Contribute to the refinement of segmentation strategy.
- Consistently gauge effectiveness of programs and use this information to proactively recommend meaningful changes.
- Support peer-to-peer initiatives including, but not limited to: speaker bureau, congress planning, advisory boards and steering committee.
- Work seamlessly across marketing, medical affairs, business analytics, market research, sales teams and LMR to execute plan.
- Manage external agencies (i.e. agency of record, nonpersonal vendors).
- Ensure strict adherence to budget.
- Demonstrate leadership behaviors and ensure compliance with policies.
- Accountable for revenues and expenses of RMMH brands.
- Support annual brand plan presentation to senior management.
- Work seamlessly across marketing, medical affairs, business analytics, market research, sales teams and LMR to execute plan.
- Collaborate with commercial leadership in order to ensure pull-through of strategies and tactics during and between sales meetings.
- Lead Field Advisory Board (FAB) in order to ensure meaningful involvement of FAB members in key marketing initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Collaborate with medical affairs and sales training in order to ensure sales colleagues are educated and they are constantly elevating themselves and Ferring in the eyes of our customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or in life science; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- 4+ years of marketing experience.
- Previous completion of at least two marketing plan cycles.
- Launch experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success in meeting financial objectives and increasing profitability.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel frequently (20-35%) domestic.

Our Compensation and Benefits
At Ferring, base salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $103,550 to $188,500, which is the reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount paid may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education and primary work location. Additional compensation for this role will be provided based on competitive annual incentive compensation targets in the form of sales commissions - payouts are based on individual and geography/company performance.
Benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with a premium differential, inverse to base salary, to be paid by employees, a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, wellness benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees to accrue up to 120 hours in the first four (4) years of employment, and 160 hours in the fifth (5th) year of employment as well as 15 paid holidays per year.
