Description

St. Jacobs, Ontario

The technologist will be a part of our production team with the primary focus on assembling and integrating our whole slide scanning systems for on-time delivery. The scanners consist of optics, electronics, and motion control systems, which are controlled and coordinated by a software application, for imaging microscope slides.

Our technologists assemble, integrate, and troubleshoot complex electromechanical assemblies and motion systems, as well as track non-conformance with tracking assembly documents. They have a good understanding of technical drawings and schematics and can handle a variety of tools including soldering and crimping and detailed measurement.

The role requires working in a team and according to ISO-13485 and Huron’s quality management system standards.
