FirstView, part of Cencora, is a payment technology solution provider and prepaid debit card program manager and processor. The Senior Financial Operations Analyst is responsible for managing all program settlement accounts and maintaining financial processes such as forecasting and analysis. This position also provides data analytics and reporting to support program performance management and deliver business insights. This is a Remote U.S. based opportunity.

• Manage FirstView’s daily funds movement, program settlement account reconciliations, the design and documentation of all settlement procedures and the periodic submission of ACH transactions related to settlement activity.

• Serve as the primary contact with FV’s sponsor bank (MCB) and other financial services providers regarding operational issues and transactions. Analyze, research, and resolve variances and/or out of balance conditions in a timely manner. Open and close program bank accounts as directed.

• Manage and maintain the Project Controller module of the ERP, including adding new products, adding/revising the client billing matrix, resolving file import rejections.

• Develop reports, dashboards, spreadsheets and data visualizations as required to provide meaningful and actionable information to internal business partners and clients, including defining and creating ongoing updates and scorecards that illustrate progress against strategic objectives, company metrics, and KPI's.

• Coordinate with IT and external resources to support the development and maintenance of a data warehouse and business intelligence reporting tools inducing the optimization of Microsoft Power BI.

• Create monthly invoices, monitor monthly MC and Visa line-item charges and prepare accounting reports for GL posting.

• Prepare analytical reports, including the monthly interchange report from VISA and various ad-hoc management reports from FV’s systems and databases.

• Bachelor’s degree from 4-year college or university or equivalent work experience.

• 5+ years in financial analysis and payment settlement operations or banking experience.

• Demonstrated competencies in cash management, financial analysis, account reconciliation and balancing processes.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Knowledge of banking and transaction processing (i.e. ACH and wire processing).

• Advanced capabilities using MS Excel and analytical tools. Experience with MS Power BI is highly desirable.

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and respond to overlapping tasks while meeting deadlines.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex ideas to others.
