What you will be doing
Under the direction of the Director of Customer Web Solutions, and in partnership with the other team leaders, the Product Manager, Customer Solutions is responsible for release planning, product roadmap definition, and ensuring proper delivery of customer facing solutions into our production environment. This new role will interact directly with the functional team, the development team, and the PMO (project management office) to ensure that product releases are delivered according to plan (e.g. scope, timeline, cost, etc.).
Represents the customer solution channel leads (web, desktop, and mobile) in cross-team meetings to report on status, issues, defect resolution and enhancement projects.
Must be an active contributor and facilitator in product roadmap decisions, and possess knowledge of business requirements, general technical design, and SAP functionality.
Partners with team members, cross-functional team leads, key stakeholders, and IBS leadership to define and manage the web solutions product roadmap(s).
Coordinates with all stakeholders and development teams in the creation of application release plans and to define the scope of each release.
Coordinates with business analysts in creation of application development plans that incorporate strategic and tactical business initiatives.
Works in coordination with the Solution Analyst Defect Captain, manages the incorporation of defect corrections into release plans, ensures closure of defects, and escalates risks/issues to leadership.
Represents all channels of customer facing solutions in the technical transport meetings, cross-functional planning meetings, stakeholder meetings, and meetings with leadership.
Coordinates with Solution Analysts, Security, and Technical teams to ensure environmental readiness: stability, performance, optimization, and proper change management.
Responsible for researching maintaining a working knowledge of the future SAP offerings, capabilities and technology trends, and incorporating that knowledge into communication and implementation at ABC.

What your background should look like
Required is a minimum of six (6) years IT and/or related business experience. Demonstrated an ability to develop strong business relationships, drive innovation, and establish best practices.
In addition, an understanding of business process modeling, system development lifecycle planning, web development, configuration of SAP CRM/ECC, and extensive experience in E-Commerce is critical.
A minimum of a B.S. degree in Computer Science or the equivalent is required.
Since the web-based solution is primarily based on SAP CRM, the associate should have a strong understanding of SAP architecture and capabilities in order to champion cost-effective, stable, and innovative solutions.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of business principles, processes and technology.
Detail oriented and organized.
Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; ability to communicate with sales, customers, engineers and management
Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding.
Well organized with demonstrated success in planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced organization.

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
