The IT Asset Analyst will be responsible for planning, tracking, reconciling, reporting, and administering the procurement of all technology components that span all hardware and software assets. This individual will be expected to work closely with Finance and all internal departments to plan, receive, investigate, and process incoming vendor invoices specific to services received on behalf of the ongoing business. The individual must be able to work independently and as a team member with minimal supervision.

Individuals in this role require good data analysis and data presentation skills. They are organized, thorough, and have great attention to detail.

• Procurement of IT hardware and software assets ensuring available inventory across the enterprise

• Maintain forecasts for hardware and peripherals

• Work with established vendors to ensure hardware catalogs are maintained

• Maintain current hardware specifications and pricing

• Partner with Finance to prepare purchases including capital requisitions

• Validate vendor invoices against receipts and agreed pricing

• Partner with Endpoint Engineering for new PC standards and maintain standard catalog of PC’s and Peripherals

• Ensure asset data is maintained in asset database

• Assists with RFQ & RFI to seek vendor proposal and quotes

• Provide monthly reporting on inventory, new deployments, and asset retirements

• Develop and maintain appropriate processes, policies, and standards to effectively govern and manage the asset processes

• Train staff on Asset Management processes

• Ensure assets are entered into our asset database for monitoring & tracking

• Ensure Monthly stockroom audits are completed

• Provide KPI reporting on asset data processes
