Pearl Interactive Network is seeking to hire a Remote Accountant/Auditor I.The Accountant/Auditor I is responsible for providing accounting/audit/review services in conformance with applicable Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) standards. Job Duties

• Prepare analysis, provide explanations, and timely resolution of reconciling items, ensuring adherence to appropriate financial accounting/management controls and procedures.
• Assist professional and non-exempt staff in preparation and/or review of daily activity, monthly, quarterly, and/or annual filings as required by regulatory agencies and/or customer requirements.
• Perform major segments of a review or cost report audit ensuring compliance with established internal control procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration/major in Accounting, Finance, or Bachelor's degree in other fields along with 15 or more credit hours in specific Accounting or Finance classes.
• Possesses excellent MS Excel skills.
• Good listening and strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with Windows operating systems or similar environments.
