As the Analytics Stream Lead you will ensure Ferring US get the Data and Analytics services required to support the launch of our products. Working closely with Global IT based in Europe and internal US customers ( Mainly Sales & Marketing) you will take over and transform an existing Azure based modern analytics platform.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable of delivery and operation for US Analytics.

• Create trustworthy relationship with internal customers.

• Coordinate delivery based on internal customers priorities by external provider and internal resources.

• Enforce Technical architecture, development standard and best practice adherence.

• Ensure US Analytics architecture is converging toward Ferring global standard.

• Hands-one you can develop yourself some of the changes, can coach junior developers and do peer review.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience in the Analytics field as data engineer, architect, or business analyst.

• At least 5 years’ experience delivering IT solution in pharma/Life science and in particular Sales & Marketing

• At least 3 years’ experience with Databricks, Azure data platform or similar modern analytics platform.

• Experience in IT Business relationship management to manage stakeholders and building strong relation across organization.

• Agile, Project Management experience to ensure delivery according to commitment.

• Ability to communicate with technical and business teams (all levels)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and high attention to detail

Our Compensation and Benefits

At Ferring, base salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $101,500 to $188,500, which is the reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount paid may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education and primary work location. Additional compensation for this role will be provided based on competitive annual incentive compensation targets in the form of an annual bonus - payouts are based on individual and company performance.
