Responsibilities:
The Aseptic Technician, Production Clean Room is responsible for ensuring that production areas, equipment, and surfaces meet stringent hygiene standards to support aseptic manufacturing operations.
Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of cleanroom areas, equipment, and surfaces following established protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Wipe down and disinfect surfaces, walls, floors, and ceilings to maintain a sterile and contaminant-free environment.
Remove waste, debris, and used materials from cleanroom areas, disposing of them properly in designated containers.
Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and inventory to ensure availability for routine cleaning tasks.
Other duties as required and assigned by management.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational education is preferred.
minimum 1 year experience in cleaning or custodial roles, particularly in controlled cleanroom environments, is preferred.Familiarity with aseptic techniques, cleanroom protocols, and cGMP is a plus.
Ability to follow cleaning protocols and SOPs.
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation skills.
Ability to work in a controlled aseptic environment, following gowning and hygiene protocols.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by production schedules.
Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks for extended periods.
Lifting up to 25lbs, bending, and reaching to clean surfaces and handle cleaning equipment.
Ability to be medically cleared to wear full-face, tight-fitting respirator based OSHA Respiratory Protection Standard.
Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gowns, gloves, masks, and goggles.
