The Patient and HCP Omnichannel Analytics and Insights role resides within the Brand Strategy and Commercial Excellence team, which is part of the Analytics and Insights unit and acts as the main business partner for key patient and omnichannel analytic needs and strategic planning to support multiple business units (BU). This role regularly communicates and interacts with the Customer Engagement and Marketing leadership to understand brand strategy and business objectives and deliver actionable insights to optimize Omnichannel HCP and patient experiences. They also partner with peer analytics and insights stakeholders to gain insights and understanding of market activity and trends, market access strategy, customer engagement, and marketing tactic/channel impact. The Patient and Omnichannel Analytics and Insights role plays a critical role in optimizing out communication and marketing strategies across various channels. This role coordinates with commercial functions to provide key analytical and market insights and make strategic recommendations to support business growth in the competing market.

Responsibilities:

  • Is an integral partner to Omnichannel and BU leadership in providing product strategic planning support and key analytics, insights and support to key stakeholders.
  • Proactively provides strategic thought partnership to stakeholders about marketing impact, customer engagement, and patient analytics.
  • Actively participates in brand team meetings and is seen as a trusted partner.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, customer engagement, and brand strategy to inform HCP and patient marketing strategies and tactical planning using advanced analytics.
  • Provides regular reports and dashboards to communicate omnichannel performance metrics to stakeholders, providing insights that contribute to decision-making.
  • Helps identify and build data and metric requirements by establishing relevant KPIs and ensuring regular tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinates and ensures reporting is completed accurately and delivered on time.
  • Coordinates and collaborates with Data Science & Strategy team to conduct ad hoc analyses and engages with commercial leadership to build routine analyses.
  • Establishes a strong culture in shared accountability, collaboration and vision that further strengthens the interactions and partnership with our internal partners.
  • Blends analytical, omnichannel, marketing, patient, and therapeutic area expertise and coordinate with key functions - data science, market research, brand strategy, and market access - to bring forward key insights and provides actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the patient journey, identifying key milestones and optimizing patient engagement strategy.
  • Stay informed about competitor’ HCP and patient marketing strategies, identifying areas for differentiation and innovation.
  • Understands and consistently assesses drivers and evolution of respective markets or customer groups.
  • Maintains an integrated perspective on our business (Financial, Execution, Access).
  • Provides clear and concise visibility into the specific factors that affect execution, patient access, and brand performance.
  • Assess the performance of HCP and patient-focused marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights that drive performance.
  • Implement tracking mechanism to monitor the performance of omnichannel campaigns, assessing key metrics and making data-driven adjustments to improve overall performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and integrate data from diverse sources including online platforms, social media, and traditional channels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in business management, finance, statistics, or a related field. MBA / advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics, forecasting, or relevant experience in a consulting firm.
  • Excellent influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and interact at multiple levels of the organization, manage multiple competing priorities, and drive decisions that lead to positive business outcomes.
  • Proven experience with omnichannel analytics preferred.
  • Strong analytical, business acumen, and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, and CRM systems
  • Demonstrated analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to socialize relevant insights and takeaways more broadly and influence business decisions and priorities.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and external factors influencing market dynamics.
  • Highly developed communication skills with the ability to story-tell using data and influence executive leadership in a way that can bridge the gaps among multiple stakeholders (technical and non-technical) at varying levels.
  • Strong ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Mastery of pharmaceutical industry data sources such as Prescription, APLD, Non-retail, Hospital and Boutique/SP) required.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).

Our Compensation and Benefits

At Ferring, base salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $95,000 to $145,000 which is the reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount paid may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education and primary work location. Additional compensation for this role will be provided based on competitive annual incentive compensation targets in the form of an annual bonus - payouts are based on individual and company performance.

Benefits for this role include: comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with a premium differential, inverse to base salary, to be paid by employees; a 401k plan and company match; short and long-term disability coverage; basic life insurance; wellness benefits; reimbursement for certain tuition expenses; sick time frontloaded yearly of 40 hours, or higher if state or local law requires; vacation time for full time employees to accrue between 112.5 and 150 hours yearly in the first four (4) years of employment, and additional accruals starting in the fifth (5th) year of employment; and 12 to 13 paid holidays per year.
