FloPatch is the world’s first wireless Doppler ultrasound system designed to support the clinical management of critically ill patients. The wearable device performs real-time functional hemodynamic assessments for patients requiring cardiopulmonary and fluid resuscitation.

Flosonics Medical is seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is critical in enhancing our brand visibility, engaging key stakeholders, and driving lead generation through meticulously planned and executed events. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing logistics for national and regional conferences, webinars, and symposiums, as well as overseeing the creation and distribution of high-quality marketing collateral. Additionally, this role will support broader marketing operations tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing department. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring all marketing activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing Brand Visibility: Planning and executing events increases visibility and credibility, crucial for building trust with our customers.
  • Engaging Key Stakeholders: Managing speaker's bureau logistics ensures effective engagement with key opinion leaders, promoting the clinical usefulness of FloPatch.
  • Supporting Sales with Quality Collateral: Overseeing print collateral ensures high-quality marketing materials are available, aiding sales efforts.
  • Ensuring Compliance and Quality: Managing Qualio ensures all marketing activities comply with industry standards, maintaining product integrity and FDA Compliance.
  • Driving Lead Generation: Developing lead capture strategies from events and marketing activities ensures a steady pipeline of potential customers.
  • National and Regional Conference Logistics: Plan and coordinate logistics for national and regional conferences, including venue selection, travel arrangements, and booth setup. Manage on-site event execution and post-event follow-up.
  • National Symposium Logistics: Organize and manage logistics for national symposiums, ensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly.
  • Speaker’s Bureau Logistics: Coordinate logistics for the speaker’s bureau, including venue arrangements, digital and print collateral, registration pages, and email reminders.
  • Webinar Management: Plan and execute webinars, including content coordination, platform management, and post-webinar follow-up.
  • Print Collateral Management: Oversee the creation, distribution, and inventory of print marketing materials. Manage relationships with the fulfillment center to ensure timely delivery of collateral.
  • Qualio Management: Manage Qualio for tracking and maintaining marketing assets and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Miscellaneous Marketing Projects: Support various marketing initiatives and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a startup environment.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Liaise with event organizers, venues, third-party vendors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to ensure successful event participation and networking opportunities.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for events and marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maximizing impact.
  • Lead Generation and Follow-Up: Develop strategies for capturing leads at events and through marketing activities, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate the success of events and marketing activities based on predefined metrics and provide insights for future improvements.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in event planning and marketing operations, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Qualio.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for event execution.
