Fusion Pharmaceuticals, a member of the AstraZeneca Group, is a clinical-stage oncology company focused on developing next-generation radioconjugates (RCs) as precision medicines. The Role: This role reports to the Director, Materials Management. As a Manager, Materials Management at Fusion, you will lead the implementation of a material planning system and drive inventory accuracy and optimization at the Fusion Warehouse, collaborating with CDMOs. Oversee material flow, working with the material coordinator to optimize processes. Responsibilities

• Own and lead the implementation of a non-ERP Material Planning System.

• Lead inventory record accuracy and optimization for the Fusion Warehouse and collaborate with CDMOs to offer expertise.

• Own and implement the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for materials management.

• Define best practices and rally the team to attain the same.

• Oversee material flow in the warehouse, working with the material coordinator to define efficient material flow.

• Take ownership of issuing and maintaining records of materials for production.

• Be a productivity champion, constantly seeking improvement to existing processes and leading readiness for clinical trials and commercialization.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Supply Chain, QA, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Up to 5 years of experience in materials management or supply chain operations, preferably in nuclear medicine, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology.

• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other data analytical tools is a must.

• Previous experience implementing a semi-automated MRP system is desirable.

• Willingness to learn and grow.
