Role Description

Our Global Architecture & Urbanism Division combines the expertise of IBI’s Buildings and Placemaking practice, our Places’ capabilities, and CRTKL’s multi-sector design leadership to offer a diverse range of solutions focusing on human-centric design, sustainability, and technology.

Arcadis is seeking a motivated and energized student intern to join our team located in Los Angeles, CA for a part-time paid internship. The intern will be a vital member and a network of design professionals who value collaboration, fresh insight, and bold talent.

Role Accountabilities

  • Supports the project team through entry-level design and technical tasks, Revises drawings and renderings
  • Conducts research for the project team
  • Produces graphic presentations and builds study models
  • Performs calculations and basic analytical tasks
  • Learns to manage workload within a context of schedules and work plans
  • Works on multiple projects and collaborates with team members
  • Begins to understand the process of time management, project planning, concept, and design

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years undergraduate education in a design-related field
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Include portfolio with application
