Overview

Are you passionate about making a difference in the disability community? As a Sales & Customer Support representative, you’ll guide families, schools, and healthcare organizations through the sales process for Guided Hands®, host product demonstrations, respond to inquiries, and manage CRM records. At the heart of this role, you’ll be helping people gain access to assistive technology that can transform their lives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales pipeline by guiding B2B and B2C leads through their respective purchase processes, preparing quotes, identifying grants, connecting with trial sites, and successfully closing sales opportunities.
  • Organize and host virtual product demonstrations and training sessions for families, schools, and healthcare organizations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email and phone, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
  • Manage and maintain leads and customer records using the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and follow-ups.
  • Provide administrative support for events, customer feedback, webinars, and conferences.
  • Prepare and manage invoices for prospective customers.
  • Follow up on pending payments to ensure smooth and efficient order processing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high-quality leads are effectively transferred and followed up on.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, occupational therapy, special education, rehabilitation sciences, disability studies or a related field.
  • Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, administration, or a health related field.
  • Experience using CRM software. HubSpot certification is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales, particularly in selling technology to consumers, healthcare organizations, or educational institutions, is an asset.
  • Strong written and public speaking skills to represent ImaginAble Solutions effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • A self-directed, innovative mindset with a go-getter attitude.
  • A profound commitment to serving the disability community.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently, and take initiative with minimal instruction.
