Job Details
The Treasury Director - Capital Markets and FX Risk Management, has responsibility for global capital market activities, global hedging programs, managing rating agency relationships, cash forecasting, subsidiary capitalization and working capital management. The Treasury Director - Capital Markets and FX Risk Management will actively participate in debt offerings, FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives, Global FX hedging programs, and cash repatriation and subsidiary capitalization projects. In addition, the Treasury Director will oversee the development of long-term forecasting and assist in the development of long-term capital deployment plans.
This position has the ability to be performed in a hybrid work setting.
As a key leader in the global Treasury organization, the position will be responsible for independently managing the following:
Assist the Treasurer in Global capital market transactions
Develop a FX and interest-rate hedging program.
Work with Tax, Legal, Accounting and FP&A on International cash repatriation strategies
Subsidiary capitalization and maintain ample liquidity based on their working capital needs
Work with AR, AP and Supply chain departments to improve Working Capital
Assist the Treasurer in managing Rating agency relationships including a thorough understanding of their respective models
Working knowledge of Dodd Frank and EMIR protocol requirements
Ad-hoc Capital structure analysis
Fixed asset investment planning and analysis
Mergers and acquisition support
Long-term financial planning
Work with Investor Relations on share buyback strategies
QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)
At least ten (10) or more years finance experience with at least five (5) years in Treasury or Treasury related role
MS in Finance or Economics/MBA or equivalent is preferred.
Undergraduate education in highly analytical degree program
Financial Planning and analysis experience
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Strong MS Excel. PowerPoint and Word skills
Self-motivated and organizationally effective individual
Full understanding of Capital markets, foreign currency trends, macro and micro economic trends
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Ability to occasionally travel (domestic and international)
