What you will be doing


  • Organizing pick tickets and PPP’s and sorting them into the appropriate pick bins.
  • Complete end of day report to ensure all orders have been processed appropriately.
  • Responsible for customer returns processing.
  • Provide backup support to the Specialty Customer Service Representatives.
  • Performs general administrative tasks such as handling the mail and filing of pick tickets and returns.
  • Orders office and/or warehouse supplies as needed.
  • Assists with a variety of scheduled and unscheduled projects occurring in the department at any given time.
  • Interacts frequently with inter-departmental associates and management for the purpose of resolving workload issues.
  • Communicate with multiple external and internal customers
  • Adhere to all procedures and work instructions in performing the job

What your background should look like


  • Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline;
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse customer service role


  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment;
  • Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, high level of attention to detail;
  • Proactive customer focus;
  • Ability to work in a team and independently as well as with minimal supervision;
  • Self-starter, efficient, organized;
  • Capable of consistently producing high quality work under pressure and in a timely fashion;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer)
  • Strong proficiency in order entry systems;
  • Excellent problem solving ability; and
  • Bilingualism, English & French is considered an asset.
