What you will be doing

  • Under the direction of the FirstView President, Group Compliance Officer, Associate General Counsel and in collaboration with FirstView Product Management and Operations, manage a team that has responsibility of overseeing commercial regulatory compliance of partner services and FirstView financial services operational compliance.

  • Develop and direct BioPharma Services channel partner strategies to expand and enhance BPS services and capabilities through strategic relationships within financial services

  • Provides account management for financial services channel partner stakeholders and BPS leadership to ensure successful commercialization of partner capabilities, including commercial model, pricing and contracting.

  • Directs and collaborates with Product Management supporting financial services to determine how best to prepare for channel partner integration and commercialization of channel partner capabilities. Responsible for coordinating opportunities within BPS and with other commercial verticals across Cencora to optimize channel partners as appropriate.

  • Provides detailed assessments and develops strategic models to identify and engage strategic channel partners that deliver capabilities and services that support or enhance BPS manufacturer facing capabilities.

  • Utilizes a consultative sales approach of uncovering customer business needs and fitting those needs to applicable channel partner solutions.

  • In collaboration with Client Solutions and Sales teams, participate in assessing the customer needs and appropriately scoping the solution offering that is representative of all applicable BPS solutions and services.

  • Manages a team that meets regularly with existing and prospective strategic channel partners and provides leadership to secure and build business opportunities that expand and enhance BPS market share by optimizing channel partner capabilities.

  • Acts as liaison to applicable sister companies to guide program development, partner integration, service implementation and integrated client initiatives

  • Assist in development, mentoring, and training of BPS sales teams on the opportunities for provider-specific solutions.

  • Support the RFP, pitch and proposal process within BPS, to include identifying strategic opportunities to incorporate channel partner capabilities. Ensures that all proposals offer strategic opportunities for both the client and Cencora.

What your background should look like

Experience and Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field. Requires broad training in fields such as health system IT integration, business development, and consultative sales. Normally requires a minimum of five (5) years of experience.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge And Ability Requirements

  • Understands patient services, product commercialization and operating assumptions.

  • Ability to sell to the C-suite of provider segment prospects.

  • Ability to understand and articulate complex issues across multiple business units.

  • Proven track record of leading large, integrated consultative sales to complex customers.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

  • Excellent integration, implementation and management skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Working knowledge of computers and the associated IT systems necessary to operate effectively in the role

Salary Range*

$118,000 - 181,720

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
