What you will be doing


1. Develop innovative customer pricing models, integrating an overall understanding of the customer goals with Cencora’s strategic vision

2. Lead internal deal reviews with Finance and Sales leaders presenting the opportunity, deal structure, and profitability drivers (including all risks and opportunities)

3. Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather customer-specific or deal-specific information

4. Analyze customer purchasing trends to provide internal guidance on product pricing and margin initiatives

5. Provide ongoing financial support for executed deals to drive margin and overall organizational goals.

6. Perform post-deal profitability reviews of recently signed customer accounts Generate ad hoc analysis reports as needed Perform related duties as assigned

What your background should look like


Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of 2+ directly related and progressively responsible experience or a Master’s Degree.


Knowledge of various financial management areas such as credit and collection principles, commercial credit, uniform commercial code, financial statement analysis, business law, plan development, productivity and profitability analysis.

Understanding of Cencora policies, philosophy, goals and objectives in order to affect financial oversight in protecting the company's assets.

Working knowledge of accounting and planning software packages.

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Strong organizational skills; attention to detail

Ability to follow and interpret profit and loss statements

Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

$55,100 - 81,290

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
