What you will be doing

PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS :

  • Assurer un service optimal d’exécution des ordonnances en mettant l’accent sur la coordination et la planification de la livraison dans les délais prévus, les rapports, la facturation, les commandes, l’intégrité des données et la communication.
  • Veiller à ce que les activités des services de coordination soient précises et ponctuelles, conformément aux exigences internes et externes.
  • Communiquer directement avec les pharmacies et les autres fournisseurs de services pour s’assurer que les besoins des patients sont satisfaits.
  • Communiquer avec les patients pour coordonner l’obtention de leurs médicaments spécialisés.
  • Identifier et résoudre de manière proactive les problèmes de coordination.
  • Coordonner la mise en œuvre des divers éléments du programme.
  • Coordonner les approvisionnements liés à l’exécution des commandes par le biais de bons de commande et du contrôle de l’inventaire.
  • Fournir une rétroaction continue au gestionnaire de solutions pour les pharmacies spécialisées.
  • Collaborer à la formation des nouveaux membres de l’équipe.
  • Faire preuve d’innovation et améliorer les processus.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un Centre de soins aux patients situé dans un bureau ou dans une pharmacie qui se trouve dans un endroit éloigné.
  • Respecter et promouvoir les valeurs, les politiques et les initiatives de l’entreprise.

EXPÉRIENCE ET SCOLARITÉ REQUISES :

  • Diplôme post-secondaire ou grade d’associé ou une combinaison équivalente d’études et d’expérience est exigé.
  • Accréditation en technique de pharmacie au niveau provincial, un atout
  • Attestation de technicien en pharmacie ou de l’expérience en matière de coordination ou de remboursement en pharmacie, de préférence.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un Centre de soins aux patients situé dans un bureau ou dans une pharmacie qui se trouve dans un endroit éloigné.
  • Minimum de deux ans d’expérience connexe ou dans le domaine du service à la clientèle.

  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et de communication et en matière de résolution de problèmes
  • Aptitudes exceptionnelles dans le service à la clientèle

  • Faire preuve d’une bonne compréhension des services et de la clientèle d’ABS Canada
  • Démontrer une excellente compréhension des tâches de soutien reliées au programme qui sont nécessaires pour soutenir les opérations quotidiennes de l’entreprise
  • Solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite et en relations interpersonnelles et souci du détail
  • Capable de prendre des décisions en faisant preuve d’un jugement sûr et de prendre des initiatives avec un minimum de directives
  • Capacité à accomplir des tâches simultanément respecter les échéances fixées
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français (parlé et écrit)
  • Maîtrise de l’ordinateur et une bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office, maîtrise de l’ordinateur et une bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office, particulièrement Outlook et Excel.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures an optimal prescription fulfillment service focusing on the coordination and scheduling of on time delivery, reporting, invoicing, ordering, data integrity and communication
  • Ensures accurate and timely coordination services activities in compliance with internal and external expectations
  • Communicates directly with pharmacies and other service providers to ensure the needs of the patients are met
  • Communicates with patients to coordinate procurement of specialty medication
  • Pro-actively identifies and solves coordination issues
  • Coordinates fulfillments for various program elements
  • Coordinates fulfillment supplies through purchase orders and inventory control
  • Provides on-going feedback to the Specialty Pharmacy Solutions Manager
  • Collaborates with the training of new associates
  • Actively demonstrates innovation and improvement of processes
  • Ability to work out of office based Patient Care Center or remote Pharmacy location
  • Embraces and fosters company values and company policies and initiatives

What your background should look like

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • A post-secondary or Associate degree program and/or an equivalent combination of experience and education is required
  • Provincial Pharmacy Technical Accreditation an asset
  • Pharmacy Technician certification and/or Pharmacy coordination or reimbursement experience preferred
  • Ability to work out of office based Patient Care Center or remote Pharmacy location
  • Minimum of two years of related experience and/or on Customer Service

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong organizational, communication and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate superior customer service skills
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Exhibit a good understanding of ABS Canada services and client base
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the program support tasks needed to support the daily operations of the corporation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to make decisions using sound judgment and take initiative with minimal direction
  • Ability to multi-task and meet established deadlines
  • Ability to work well within a team-based environment
  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
  • Ability to proficiently use computer and good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
The successful candidate may have daily contacts with unilingual English-speaking customers, patients or peers from cross-functional teams.
