What you will be doing
Under general direction of the Contracts & Pricing Senior Manager, represents the Financial Shared Services group by operating as the liaison between the Group Purchasing Organization (GPO), Sales and Customer Maintenance in setting up new accounts as well as daily maintenance of existing accounts. Responsible for accurately entering membership information into the contract management database system timely and performing in depth analysis with the ability to resolve inquiries promptly. Performs Root Cause analysis of pricing and membership discrepancies and makes recommendations to Management by developing action plans and recommending and implementing solutions.
Operates as the key contact for GPOs, Customer Care, Sales and Progeneric inquiries, Supports problem resolution efforts to resolve invoice inaccuracies and maintains appropriate data logs.
Establishes and maintains the set up of new and existing accounts within the Vistex SAP Contract System and MetaStorm system timely and accurately.
Develops and utilize customer account set-up reports to perform analysis
Works with designated contacts at national and regional customer maintenance and ProGeneric teams to troubleshoot and resolve membership issues.
Performs in depth analysis of late customer set-ups, identifies source of issue and determines the appropriate action needed to resolve the issue; complex issues may require the coordination of several internal Cencora departments and/or representatives from the GPO.
Works with HIBBC to assign HIN#s for all new customer accounts.
As the key contact for ProGeneric and internal contract membership attachments.
Runs queries for bi-monthly membership list and provides to supplier community and chargeback department.
Maintains monthly membership report (Add and Delete).
Supports GPO business reviews representing the Financial shared Services Department.
Acts as key contact and supports corporate diversion department on compliance audits.
Maintains membership masters on local shared drive for the contract & chargeback organizations.
Evaluates business processes and system design and recommends changes that will improve department’s performance
Supports management initiatives and works closely with other functional areas in order to improve processes.
Performs related duties as assigned.
What your background should look like
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor’s degree program; normally requires a minimum of (4) years of progressively responsible related experience.
Working knowledge of SAP/Vistex C&CB system is required
Ability to multi-task and effectively manage large volumes of e-mail
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze data/situations quickly
