What you will be doing

Under general supervision of the Supply Chain Management team, responsible for analyzing and supporting the effectiveness of existing supply chain processes as it relates to the supply chain activity, ensuring manufacturer performance and Cencora objectives are aligned. Recommends and contributes to improved strategies in order to improve margins as a result of these efforts.

As part of the Data Management Services (DMS) organization, the Master Data Supply Chain Analyst role is primarily responsible for the creation, maintenance, and analysis of master data across defined Strategic Global Sourcing (SGS) systems and business units, including purchase pricing, material and supplier information in the Enterprise Master Data system (eMDM), and the Material and Trade Vendor Masters. The Supply Chain Analyst role ensures integrity of the material and vendor data based on defined standards and practices and is responsible for the analysis and issue resolution of errors through data quality and exception reporting processes.

What your background should look like

Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires one (1) to two (2) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

  • Knowledge of Informatica EDM and SAP preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong mathematical skills

  • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail

  • Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices

  • Strong computer skills in order to operate effectively with company systems and programs; knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
