What you will be doing


Provides Leadership on all facility related projects to ensure accurate and timely completion.

  • Manages facility needs and acts as the first point of contact for internal and external clients by fielding issues and problems before presenting them to the business executives.
  • Manages and directs workflow; trains and monitors the performance of facility associates, including the coordination of work and completing performance evaluations.
  • Works closely with management to ensure overhead costs are maintained.
  • Owns vendor relationships, maintenance schedules, and collaborates with building landlord.
  • Recommends changes in operating procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of all office operations.
  • Administers or provides back up support for a variety of functions within the facility. Must be able to multitask, work with associates at all levels and provide good communication to internal and external customers or vendors.
  • Supports and complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations. Supports and promotes the maintenance of a safe, accident free and healthy work environment.
  • Compiles information from various sources and utilizes the information for uses such as generating reports and drafts correspondence and/or presentations to be sent to internal and external contacts.
  • Assists with a variety of scheduled and unscheduled projects occurring in the department at any given time.
  • Interacts frequently with inter-departmental associates and management for the purpose of resolving workload issues. Performs related duties as assigned.

What your background should look like


Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of five (5) years directly related and progressively responsible experience, with two (2) years as supervisor, managing facility issues and providing conflict resolution, coaching, constructive feedback and managing performance.
