What you will be doing
What will you do:
- Receiving end-user tickets, calls and emails;
- Ticket administration;
- Provide first-level resolution for IT-related issues;
- Coordonating the end-user resolution in cooperation with the other support units;
- Diagnostics of incoming tasks;
- Remote users support;
- Helpdesk Processes improvement;
- Create and update knowledge documents;
- Take part in testing new IT systems.
What will you bring:
- Basic knowledge in networking;
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory;
- Result oriented and "can do" attitude;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Good communication skills;
- Proactivity;
- Good written and spoken English.

Candidatii care au aplicat pot fi interesati si de informatiile suplimentare mai jos dataliate:
- Domiciliul stabil in Bucuresti sau in zonela limitrofe.
- Programul de lucru: de la ora 09.00 pana la 17.30, cu 30 minute pauza de masa;
- se lucreaza in regim hibrid )se intra in acest program dupa perioada de inductie, care poate fi de trei luni).
