What you will be doing


  • Perform all the functions required under the CCSF screening procedures
  • Process exports of high value and security sensitive commodities
  • Domestic and International Dangerous Goods processingo Handling of Active units (Envirotainer, C-Safe, Unicooler)
  • Process DEA regulated materials
  • Process Controlled Substances
  • Work with Brokerage on FDA holds
  • Assist in prioritizing processing activities and coordinating with Dispatch
  • Monitoring the notes for pieces waiting the “ok to send”
  • Coordinate replenishment activities for all shipment types, all keeping temps
  • Coordinating replenishment activities with Dispatch department for shipments being held at airport.
  • Process live animal shipments domestically and internationally

What your background should look like


  • 3 day Dangerous Goods Certification
  • Proficiency WorldSTAR, OpStar, and other World Courier operating systems
  • Mastery of Cold Chain Management.


  • Mastery of Operations Level 1, 2 skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
