Job Details
Join our dynamic team as the driving force behind content development and reporting! In this role, you will collaborate closely with Cencora's social marketers to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience, showcasing our mission, strategic vision, worldwide reach, and meaningful influence.
- The planning, development, and execution of Cencora social media campaigns, including outline creation, content outreach, drafting, creative, and stakeholder review.
- Collaborate with internal business partners and stakeholders to manage social media content based on strategic imperatives and priorities for our global team members.
- Identify compelling narratives and partnership opportunities to enhance social media integration throughout Cencora.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure Enterprise Social Media Account performance. Refine analytics reporting processes, identify trends, and establish organization-wide best practices.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and the industry's latest trends and best practices as a trusted advisor within the business.
- Responsible for enterprise tool integration, user access tools, and social listening. Partner with the Marketing IT team on social listening capabilities and team member management of enterprise tools.
- Support Cencora’s leadership and executive communications teams in shaping executive presence and sharing best practices for maximizing thought leadership impact online.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience working in social media, corporate communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Requires broad training and knowledge in fields such as communications, writing, journalism, marketing, and business administration through the completion of a four-year Bachelor’s Degree program or equivalent years of progressive experience in a corporate setting.
- Proficient writing and editing skills: With a high attention to detail and the ability to craft content that feels relevant, engaging, timely, and valuable to the specific audience.
- Experience in managing multiple projects: Capable of overseeing various projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and collaboration with editors, stakeholders, and leaders.
- Effective communication and organizational skills: Skilled in strategic communication and organization, adept at fostering collaboration with leaders, stakeholders, and partners throughout the organization.
- Interest in continuous learning: Enthusiastic about staying informed on global healthcare trends, pharmaceutical supply chain dynamics, and topics relevant to Cencora's strategic goals.
- Enthusiasm for innovation: Passionate about enhancing social media strategies through innovative approaches and creative tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
