Position Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you’ll be the voice of our customers, working closely with both new and potential clients to understand their scientific needs. You'll join calls with them, guide them through onboarding, and ensure their workflows fit seamlessly into our platform. You’ll also design new processes and strategies, playing a key role in shaping the entire customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their wet/dry lab workflows and scientific needs.
  • Ensure customer workflows integrate smoothly into our platform and meet their research goals.
  • Design and implement processes to enhance the customer journey from onboarding to ongoing support.
  • Address customer questions and issues, working with product and engineering teams for timely resolutions.
  • Provide personalized training and support for a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Create user stories and support materials to help customers maximize the platform’s benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, or Business Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, business operations, consulting, or a related role, with a focus on wet lab or bioinformatics experience.
  • Strong understanding of wet lab workflows and the challenges faced by scientists.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships and resolve issues effectively.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to support customers across different time zones.

Pay Range:
Compensation is based on skills, experience, and location.
