You propel tactical direction and bring unity to complex business relationships.
In this role, you will serve as a valuable contributor in negotiating, implementing, and managing a regional integrated delivery network (IDN) as well as hospital contracts. You will have the opportunity to develop key relationships within an assigned region and expand penetration with current relationships.? The Corporate Account Director will collaborate with internal and external business partners to develop strategy and tactics to drive growth in IDN’s within the assigned region. Strong cross-functional collaboration with the Commercial and Clinical teams is imperative for success in this role. You will:
- Foster highly collaborative relationships with customers to ensure successful growth and retention of PRS product portfolio
- Identify new contract opportunities that drive growth and compliance
- Negotiate, implement and track performance of IDN level contracts
- Act as a liaison between regional IDN personnel and sales team
Essential Requirements:?
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or science/medical related field
- 5+ years’ corporate account experience in healthcare or relevant fields
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience selling into hospitals, IDN/health systems, and the healthcare GPO organizational structure
