KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The resource will work closely with the Commercial (Sales and Marketing) teams leading the articulation of key technology and digital requirements and ensuring successful rollouts. More specifically s/he will lead the following responsibilities:

  • Implement technology platforms and solutions that improve the speed, quality, impact and efficient delivery of commercial priorities
  • Extensive IT expertise coupled with global Commercial, Marketing, and Communication experience in the Life Sciences sector
  • Deep understanding of relevant technologies and proven application of technology to business priorities
  • Serves as key driver of key projects within Commercial and MarComm, working closely with Business stakeholders, End user and Vendor partners
  • Ensures all project stakeholders are aligned on the agreed scope and goals of the project
  • Lead and manage IT projects related to commercial operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track project progress
  • Support the continued adoption of Veeva CRM/PromoMats/Sitecore, within the region ensuring appropriate usage within the user community and business analytics supporting commercial operations
  • Lead the development and maintenance of sales dashboards utilizing IQVIA dataset for data analytics and insights to support commercial operations
  • Provide ongoing IT support for Commercial users in NORAM.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

YEAR ONE CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS

  • Successfully complete project implementations within time, cost and quality standards, in line with business expectations
  • Successfully complete implementation of Sales KPI Analytics and improve effective usage of the implemented systems

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering or Master’s degree in a related discipline, including a minimum of 10-15 years of experience gained in technology implementation in the Pharma space
  • Specific experience in leading end-to-end Veeva CRM / Veeva Vault implementation for a global pharma company
  • Experience in working in an on-site & off-shore model, coordinating with stakeholders from various geographical locations
  • Excellent oral/ written communication skills
  • Self-starter, with the ability to work and execute independently with minimal oversight
