• Development of field-theoretic simulation models for electrostatic effects of ATP interactions with the intrinsically disordered protein Caprin1.
• Development of computer codes for the numerical comparison of analytical theory with molecular dynamics simulation results and experimental data in the literature.
• Assisting other members of the research group in algorithm development and numerical analysis.
• Reading published papers relevant to the theories being developed and experiments being addressed by the theoretical models, and incorporate this knowledge into the research effort.
