UTemp is the University of Toronto's short-term staffing service. The UTemp team handles each project with a unique hands-on approach to ensure we find the best candidate for the job. Duties:
1) Reviewing and assessing domestic and international admissions applications
2) Advising potential applicants, students, parents, and/or guidance counselors on admissions criteria and processes by probing and providing a range of options and possible consequences
3) Preparing draft statistical reports and summaries from data collected
4) Analyzing statistical information to inform admissions projections and planning activities
5) Promoting programs at recruitment events
6) Writing Procedural Manuals
7) Liaising with service providers to coordinate the resolution of technical/administrative issues
8) Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
9) Keeping well-informed on industry best practices and trends
