Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the following processes and committees:

- Promotion, tenure and interim reviews
- Workload meetings
- New contracts for appointed part-time faculty
- PTR (Progress through the Ranks)

  • Providing general administrative support to the Chair


Requirements:

  • Previous experience as Executive Assistant at the senior level, including meeting scheduling, meeting coordination, managing a complex calendar, answering phone calls, handling confidential information and drafting emails and correspondence
  • Experience with committee support
  • Experience with tenure review, promotion review or contracts for appointed faculty is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook

Contract length:

  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • End date: May 1, 2025
